If you are not 100% satisfied, you have a term of 14 working days counted from the date of delivery of the order to return any product for a change or return in perfect condition, with all its accessories and documentation (invoice or purchase ticket and instructions) and in its original packaging, so the customer should never throw away the packaging of the products until they are in perfect condition and verify that all products match those ordered. The date of the receipt proving the delivery will serve for the purpose of calculating the period of fourteen days referred to in this clause.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, diAS will proceed to the return of the amounts paid corresponding to the returned products, the buyer having to meet the direct costs of return (as well as the shipping costs if these are expressly included in the price) and the Administration fees.
